The Dance Matrix is gearing up for competition!!

American Dance/Drill Competition Feb 4^th

Our D. Edge Teams are competing at the American Dance/Drill Competition in Rockwall, TX Feb 4^th at Rockwall Heath High School.  Please ensure that all costume and competition fee’s have been paid if your child is competing. 

LA Dance Magic Competition Feb 19^th-20th

D. Edge Competition Fee’s for LA Dance Magic are due by Jan 15^th.  Fee’s are as follows:

Solo $90

Duet $50 each

Trio $50 each

Group $35 each

Talent on Parade Competition March 9^th-11^th

D. Edge Competition Fee’s for Talent on Parade are due by Feb 9^th.  Fee’s are as follows:

Solo $82

Duet $45 each

Trio $37 each

Auditorium Rental Fees Past Due
Please remember to include the $50 per family auditorium rental fee for the spring recital with your tuition check if it was not paid by November 30th.  All tuition is due by the 5^th of the month.  A 10% late fee will added for all fees paid after the 5^th.  For any questions about recital or costume fees please feel free to contact Ms. Ray-Ray or Ms. Amber.

MOM Dance!!!

Does The  Dance Matrix have any Moms itching to bust a move at our spring recital??  Here’s your chance!!  Ms. Amber is posting a sign-up sheet for those who are interested in dancing in a Mom dance.  The style of dance featured in this dance will be hip hop.  Depending on interest, The Dance Matrix Mom’s will perform a short routine at our Spring Recital in May.  Please sign up by Feb 1^st if interested and get ready to have a BLAST!

Dance Recital 2012
We have the dates for our spring recital!  May 11^th & 12^th!!  Mark your calendars!!

Recital Program Ads
We will be selling ads for the recital programs handed out at the recital this year.  These ads help cover the large cost of the auditorium, printing the programs, and any extra props used in recital.  You can put in an ad to cheer on your child, your child’s class or one just to promote your business!  All ads and the program in general will be designed by Rachel Holland who has years of graphic design experience and dance recital program experience.  She also designed The Dance Matrix web page.  We will have examples of what last year’s recital program looked like available at the front office for viewing.
