Our Teachers

About The Owners

The Dance Matrix was originally just a dream thought of by Ms. Ray-Ray.  She wanted to create a studio where students and teachers alike were able to express their creativity through dance in a safe, drama free and friendly environment.  This studio would have awesome and talented teachers that worked together to create a wholesome and welcoming dance environment for the students.

After mulling over this dream for some time Ms. Ray-Ray approached Ms. Amber with the idea of opening a new type of studio in Greenville.  Ms. Amber was excited about the idea as she had majored in dance education while in college.  Ms. Amber and Ms. Ray-Ray knew the studio would definitely stick if they founded the studio together.  In 2010 The Dance Matrix was founded by Amber Mitchell and Rachel Holland (Ms. Ray-Ray) turning this idea from a dream into a reality!
